People who don't exercise become?



Because of the lack of exercise, the health of each fourth person in the world is at risk. 

According to the World Health Organization( WHO), the rate of exercise is increasing in more income countries due to the relaxed demand for jobs.

Experts have said that mobilizing people to live healthy lives around the world is a great success, and people from higher - income countries are slower and more comfortable. 


The World Health Organization has said that one-third of the world's population-one billion 40 million people do not exercise physical needs and do not exercise because they are more vulnerable to disease - related diseases such as acheysal, neurological disease and various cancer types

According to the report, the people of the world's richest rich countries are less slow, while women around the world are also very lazy in addition to the two regions of Asia. 


According to the World Health Organization, 2.5-hour exercise should be carried out every week or 75 minutes in hard work. Furthermore, at least two days a week should be exercised in order to detect all muscles in the body.

Likewise, during sitting down, light exercises should be done to enable them to lead a healthy life.
